The TR32 series is a high-efficiency PVC composite heat stabilizer formulated based on calcium-zinc heat stabilizers, combined with the advantages of organic heat stabilizer components, and supplemented with high-quality lubricants and other auxiliary ingredients. It appears as a white or light yellow powder, with excellent processing performance—it can endow products with outstanding initial colorability and excellent heat stability, balanced internal and external lubrication, and good dispersibility. Compared with traditional calcium-zinc stabilizers, it has better anti-precipitation performance and is an environmentally friendly product that meets environmental protection requirements.

Application Scope

It is mainly used in the extrusion processing of various rigid PVC products, such as PVC pipes, rods, plates, profiles and other fields.

Packaging and Storage

This product is packed in inner plastic and outer woven bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive solid powder and belongs to non-hazardous goods. Transportation shall be conducted in accordance with the operation specifications for non-hazardous goods. Store it in a cool and dry place, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and do not contact with acidic or alkaline corrosive substances. The shelf life is 24 months.
