Products of this series convert lead compounds (which act as stabilizers and intermediates with synergistic effects) into a high-efficiency organic carrier phase through surfactant treatment, forming a composite system. They are a new type of PVC plastic processing aid that integrates multiple additives—including heat stabilizers, light stabilizers, antioxidants, and high-grade internal and external lubricants—while being dust-free, multi-functional, multi-purpose, and highly efficient.
These aids have excellent compatibility with PVC resins, featuring high thermal stability efficiency and low dosage. They contribute to high strength of the final products, and no additional stabilizers need to be added during processing. Lubricants can be added in appropriate amounts or not at all, depending on the quantity of fillers. Furthermore, they can improve the aging resistance and surface smoothness of the products.
Application Scope
It is mainly used in PVC products such as rigid PVC pipes, pipe fittings, corrugated pipes, special-shaped profiles, and cable materials.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in paper-plastic composite bags with a net weight of 25kg per bag. It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive solid in flake or granular form and belongs to non-hazardous goods. Transportation shall be conducted in accordance with the operation specifications for non-hazardous goods. Store it in a cool and dry place, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and do not contact with acidic or alkaline corrosive substances. The shelf life is 24 months.
