Product Description
This product is a neutral saturated fatty alcohol dicarboxylate, which appears as an off-white or pale yellow flake or free-flowing powder. It is non-toxic and odorless, insoluble in water, but easily soluble in tributyl phosphate and chloroform. Its melting point ranges from 42℃ to 48℃, flash point is above 225℃, and volatility (96 hours/90℃) is less than 1%. As an internal lubricant for PVC, this product can be used in the production of various PVC products.
G60 Lubricant, as a lubricant for the processing of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products, has good compatibility with PVC and other additives. It is suitable for various processing conditions, can promote uniform plasticization of the melt, and improve impact strength and surface gloss.
Scope of Application
It is mainly used in fields such as transparent sheets, granules, profiles, plates, and pipes.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in 25kg bags (with plastic lining and outer woven bag). It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive solid in flake form and classified as non-hazardous goods. It shall be transported in accordance with the operating regulations for non-hazardous goods. Store it in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, rain and moisture. Do not contact it with acidic or alkaline corrosive substances. The shelf life is 24 months.
