Semi-refined paraffin wax is a white solid in flake or block form. Its relative density increases with the rise of melting point. This product features good chemical stability, moderate oil content, excellent moisture-proof and insulating properties, and good plasticity. It also has moderate oil content, suitable melting point, good tensile strength and adhesiveness; high degree of refinement and good chemical stability; appropriate crystal structure and hardness, as well as good deformation resistance; few odoriferous impurities; good cleanliness and outstanding comprehensive performance. In the PVC industry, it is mainly used as a lubricant for polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Scope of Application
It is mainly used in fields such as rubber, papermaking, agriculture, daily chemicals, textiles, machinery, and electronics.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in 25kg bags (with plastic lining and woven outer bag). It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive solid in flake form and belongs to non-hazardous goods. It should be transported in accordance with the operating regulations for non-hazardous goods, stored in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight and rain, and should not be in contact with acidic or alkaline corrosive substances. The shelf life is 24 months.
