N330 is the most widely used high-abrasion-resistant carbon black, with an iodine adsorption value of 82g/kg and a DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate) absorption value of 102cm³/100g. Its abrasion resistance is slightly lower than that of super high-abrasion-resistant series carbon black, but superior to channel black. As a carbon black with excellent reinforcing properties, it can endow rubber compounds with good tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and elasticity. For passenger car tires using this product, the rolling resistance (hysteresis loss) is only higher than that of N351 among the N300 series carbon black, and lower than that of other varieties in the series. It also has good dispersion and extrusion performance in rubber compounds, and is suitable for various synthetic rubbers and natural rubbers.
Application Scope
It is mainly used in domestic and foreign large-scale tire enterprises, rubber product enterprises, ink and pigment industries and other fields.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in paper-plastic composite bags with a net weight of 25kg per bag. It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive solid powder and belongs to non-dangerous goods. Transportation shall be conducted in accordance with the operating specifications for non-dangerous goods. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight and rain, and must not be in contact with acid, alkali or other corrosive substances. The shelf life is 24 months.
