Description
Polyethylene wax (PE Wax) is a
low-molecular-weight polyethylene. It is characterized by a relatively high
softening point (100℃) and is widely used due to its excellent cold resistance,
heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance.
It exhibits properties such as low
viscosity, high softening point, and good hardness. It is non-toxic, has good
thermal stability, low volatility at high temperatures, and excellent pigment
dispersibility. It possesses both superior external lubricity and strong
internal lubrication. It can improve the production efficiency of plastic
processing, has good moisture resistance at room temperature, strong chemical
resistance, and excellent electrical properties, and can enhance the appearance
of finished products.
Owing to its extremely excellent external
lubrication effect, strong internal lubrication function, and good
compatibility with resins such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and
polypropylene, it can be used as a lubricant in their extrusion, calendering,
and injection molding processes. It can improve processing efficiency, prevent
and overcome the adhesion of films, pipes, and sheets, increase the smoothness
and gloss of finished products, and enhance the appearance of finished
products.
Scope of
Application
It is mainly used in industries and fields
such as PVC wood-plastic composites, cable materials, conduit pipes,
large-diameter pipes, and profiles.
Packaging and
Storage
This product is packed in 25kg bags (with
plastic lining and outer woven bag). It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive solid in
flake form and classified as non-hazardous goods. It shall be transported in
accordance with the operating regulations for non-hazardous goods. Store it in
a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, rain and moisture. Do not
contact it with acidic or alkaline corrosive substances. The shelf life is 24
months.
