Description
Product Description
Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) is a saturated polymer material. It appears as a white powder, is non-toxic and odorless, and exhibits excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance, and aging resistance. Additionally, it possesses good oil resistance, flame retardancy, and coloring performance. It has good toughness (maintaining flexibility even at -30℃), excellent compatibility with other polymer materials, and a relatively high decomposition temperature.
CPE 135A is mainly used as an impact modifier for rigid PVC products. When CPE 135A is added under proper processing conditions, a three-dimensional network structure is formed in rigid PVC products. Therefore, rigid PVC products can maintain good impact resistance even in low-temperature environments.
This product has excellent comprehensive physical properties and good compatibility with PVC. Under correct processing conditions, it can form a three-dimensional network structure inside rigid PVC products, thereby endowing the products with excellent impact strength at both normal and low temperatures.
