Application of PVC sheet

PVC sheets, with their excellent processing adaptability and stable comprehensive performance, cover diverse scenarios such as packaging, advertising, blistering, decoration, and industrial supporting, making them the core basic material in the field of light industry precision processing.

1. Packaging. Packaging is one of the mainstream application scenarios for PVC sheets. Transparent PVC sheets, with good light transmittance, moderate hardness, and strong support, are commonly used to make various transparent packaging boxes, gift linings, blister trays, hardware packaging, and outer packaging for cultural and creative products. The sheet material has smooth cuts and no impurity defects, meeting the needs of high-speed die-cutting and blister molding. After molding, the contour is regular, not prone to whitening or cracking, and suitable for batch standardized packaging production.

2. Printing and labeling. PVC sheet is the core substrate in the field of advertising printing, suitable for various processes such as screen printing, UV printing, laminating, and panel mounting. The surface of the sheet has high flatness, uniform ink absorption, and firm coloring, making it less prone to color differences and ink shedding issues. It can be used to produce signage, display boards, nameplates, picture backboards, advertising display boards, and other products. Meanwhile, PVC sheets with different surface effects such as frosted, matte, and high gloss can meet the visual display needs of different scenarios.

3. Blistering. PVC sheets exhibit stable thermoforming performance, stretching uniformly and achieving good setting effects after heating, making them widely used in vacuum blistering processes. They can be processed into products such as blistering trays for electronic components, blistering for toys, linings for daily necessities, and industrial protective casings. High-quality PVC sheets are evenly plasticized, and defects such as whitening, uneven stretching, and localized thinning and cracking are less likely to occur during the blistering process, making them suitable for high-precision blistering mass production requirements.

4. Interior decoration. Relying on its moisture-proof, flame-retardant, wear-resistant, and easy-to-clean properties, PVC sheets are widely used in the field of interior decoration. They can be used to make decorative wall panels, ceiling lining boards, furniture veneers, cabinet door panels, interior partition boards, etc. Through embossing and laminating processes, textures such as wood grain and stone patterns can be simulated, providing strong decorative appeal and convenient maintenance. They are suitable for use in home decoration, commercial spaces, public venues, and other scenarios.

5. Industrial protection. PVC sheets possess excellent insulation, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, making them suitable for industrial protection and equipment support scenarios. Common applications include equipment protective shields, insulation pads, vehicle partitions, simple corrosion-resistant lining boards for chemical industries, dust covers for mechanical equipment, etc. The material is stable and resistant to erosion by acids, alkalis, and oil stains, making it suitable for complex industrial production environments.

6. Daily necessities. With its advantages of easy cutting, easy bending, and high cost-effectiveness, PVC sheet can be processed to produce various types of light industrial daily necessities, including transparent folders, stationery boards, luggage linings, craftwork boards, etc. The material is lightweight, moderately tough, and has low processing loss, making it suitable for the mass production and processing of various small-sized products.
